X-FIT is our own CrossFit inspired training.
You come to X-FIT for a full body workout, to burn calories, train cardio and build muscle mass. It's a perfect addition to our boxing classes to work on your body as a whole.
We train in teams. No previous experience is required to start. Just jump in and join the X-FIT family!
