ABOUT OUR KICKBOXING CLASS
Our KICK class is a high-intensity training, based on Kickboxing and Muay Thai with focus on kicks, knees, elbows, and physical exercises.
We open with a warm-up, then follow 10 rounds of intense combinations on the heavy bag where you get to drain your energy before we end the class with stretching.
Our classes are made for all levels, all bodies, all stories: All Fighters.
No sparring, no competition. We fight for us, WE FIGHT FOR FIT!
